Pay: Starting at $14.50-$15.50 per hour, with paid skill-based raises through our Core Training Program, plus weekly recognition rewards, and milestone bonuses.

No previous car wash experience?  No problem, we’re happy to train motivated individuals who are ready to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a consistently great customer service experience for all guests.
• Interact warmly with guests, explain our services, guide guests to select the appropriate services, and respond with confidence to common questions.
• Use standardized procedures to efficiently and safely assess, prep, and guide vehicles through the wash.
• Work with the team and utilize checklists to maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and inviting car wash facility and property.
• Follow standardized procedures, embrace directions, and make good decisions to prevent and resolve issues quickly and appropriately.
• Demonstrate discipline in the proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Work under routine and urgent conditions, both indoors and outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
• Perform other customer, team, and car wash site care duties, as requested.

Qualifications & Skills 

• Friendly, outgoing personality; energetic, team-oriented spirit; and desire to create a “faster, cleaner, and more fun” experience for customers
• Willingness to learn new team collaboration, customer service, technology, and mechanical skills
• Comfort with technology and ability to quickly learn a point-of-sale system and a variety of computer applications
• Goal-oriented, a strong work ethic, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors
• Ethical, respectful, and able to maintain clear and transparent communication
• Consistently dependable and punctual; available to periodically work a flexible schedule based upon shift, project, and training requirements
• Willingness to abide by our uniform appearance standards and dress appropriately for work in warm, cold, and wet environments
• Customer service and/or car wash experience preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age with reliable transportation; driver’s license/experience is preferred
• Essential Physical Requirements: Ability to continuously stand or walk for prolonged periods; ability to balance, bend, squat, climb stairs, climb ladders of various sizes, reach, and lift frequently (lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally); must be able to use arms, hands and fingers to communicate, operate, handle, and use controls, equipment, and tools; sense of smell is occasionally required; vision must be sufficient to see details up close and must have the ability to focus.

Schedule

• This is a year-round position.
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Weekend availability required 
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
• Some holiday availability required
• This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
