Toddler Teacher

Full-time Toddler Teacher working with students ages 12-18 months old. This teacher works alongside another full-time teacher. The maximum class size is 10 students. Hours for this particular teaching position is 9am-6pm. Pay ranges from $12-$15 an hour based on experience and or certifications/degree.

The teachers in this classroom do the same duties and responsibilities. They care, love, and support the students. They help feed them snack and lunch, change diapers, play and entertain them, create crafts such as handprints for the parents, encourage their growth. 

Teachers are required to use the classroom iPad with the brightwheel app that is installed on it. They update the parents throughout the day with the app. Diaper changes, pictures and videos of the children playing, messaging, noting incidents that may occur, documenting nap time, and things of this nature. 

Great communication skills, punctuality and dependability are a requirement. 

Applicant must be able to pass a background screen and drug screen. 

Cell phone usage during classroom hours is a definite no. Our Child Development Center is known for a fantastic program and has a wonderful reputation for loving the families. We are looking for staff that will fit in with our program.
