Westervelt Ecological Services (WES) is hiring a Senior Mitigation Project Manager to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA.

In this role, you'll lead the development, permitting, implementation, and management of wetland and stream mitigation banking projects across the Southeast. You'll collaborate with scientists, engineers, regulators, landowners, and clients to deliver meaningful conservation outcomes while helping grow our mitigation banking program.

We're looking for: 

✅ 8+ years of experience in mitigation banking, ecological restoration, or a related field
✅ Strong project management and leadership skills
✅ Expertise in wetland and stream restoration, environmental permitting, and regulatory coordination
✅ Passion for conservation and environmental stewardship

We offer full time benefits (health insurance, 401k with match, paid vacation, sick time and holidays.  Pay range-  $112,000-140,000 plus 15% annual bonus potential.
