Salesforce Developer – Agentforce

Rate: $55–58/hr C2C

Location: Hartford, CT (Onsite from Day 1)

Relocation: Relocation candidates are welcome. Candidates must be 100% willing to relocate to Hartford, CT at the time of offer.

Work Authorization: Any Citizenship Status

Assessment Required: ROPES Assessment (Mandatory)

Certification Verification: Candidates must provide certification verification emails or Trailhead links for Salesforce certifications.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with strong Salesforce and Agentforce skills. This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity based in Hartford, CT.

Required Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
• 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce Pages, Workflow & Approvals, Dashboards, Custom Objects, Package Installations, Email Templates, Formulas, Validation Rules, AppExchange, Apex Data Loader, Roles & Profiles
• 1+ year of Salesforce Lightning Web Component (LWC) development experience
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Core Java, and JavaScript
• 5+ years of experience with Force.com IDE, Apex Data Loader, and ANT; AutoRABIT preferred
• Experience with Agentforce and building AI agents
• Experience with Agile methodology; SAFe preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore support model and collaborating with offshore teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub and RTC
• Experience with automation tools
• Experience with IVR technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots, etc.

Important Requirements

• Day 1 onsite in Hartford, CT is mandatory.
• Relocation candidates will be considered, but they must be fully committed to relocating at the time of offer.
• ROPES Assessment is mandatory.
• Salesforce certification verification must be provided with the submission.
• LinkedIn profile must have a photo and matching location.
