NOW HIRING: EVENT PRODUCTION & CREATIVE ASSISTANTS 

Fiesta in America is looking for energetic, dependable people to join our event team for the 29th Fiesta in America, August 15–16, 2026, at American Dream in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Fiesta in America is a major two-day Filipino American cultural, business, tourism and entertainment event bringing together exhibitors, community organizations, sponsors, performers and thousands of visitors.

Dates: Saturday & Sunday, August 15–16
Start Time: 11:00 AM
Work Schedule: Approximately 7 hours per day

We need help in several areas:

• Graphic Design – assist with event graphics, signage, social media and last-minute creative needs
• LED Wall / Video Operator – manage videos, graphics, sponsor materials and other content shown on the event LED wall
• Event Production Assistant – help with performers, exhibitors, stage needs, materials, errands and other on-site production tasks
• General Event Support – jump in wherever needed to help keep the event organized and running smoothly

Friends are welcome to apply together. If you have a group of friends who would enjoy working as a team for the two-day event, we can assign you to related responsibilities whenever possible.

You do not need experience in every area. We are looking for people who are responsible, resourceful, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.

It’s a great opportunity for students, young professionals, creatives and anyone who wants hands-on experience behind the scenes at a major Filipino American event.
