Business Operations Intern (Part-Time)
Position Overview
The Business Operations Intern provides administrative and operational support across Human Resources (HR), Accounting, Procurement, and General Administration. This internship offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment while assisting with document management, data entry, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support daily business operations.
Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR files.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks.
Administrative Support
- Provide general office and administrative support.
- Organize and maintain company records and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with day-to-day office operations.
Accounting Support
- Assist with invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records.
- Prepare reports and support accounting-related administrative tasks.
Procurement Support
- Assist with purchase orders and vendor communications.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with internal departments.
Cross-Functional Support
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to support business operations.
- Coordinate and communicate with our headquarters in South Korea as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preferred
- Korean language proficiency is strongly preferred due to regular communication and coordination with our headquarters in South Korea.
- Previous internship or office administrative experience is a plus.
Work Schedule
- Part-time Internship (Minimum 20 hours per week)
- On-site position

Compensation
