UGC Creator Intern (Paid) — Hot Girl Hotline
Who We Are
Hot Girl Hotline (hotgirlhotline.ai) is an AI advice app for brutally honest, big-sister advice, helping girls navigate everything from relationship drama and friendship conflicts to imposter syndrome. We have grown entirely through organic TikTok and Instagram, and we are building a small creator team.
The Role
A hands-on, learn-by-doing role creating and filming short-form content for Hot Girl Hotline. You get real reps on camera and real feedback while helping grow a fast-moving brand.
What You'll Do
- Film short-form videos for Hot Girl Hotline, bringing our content to life on camera.
- Post to a dedicated account we help set up and manage for you.
- Track and analyze how your videos perform each week and iterate accordingly.
Skills We're Looking For
- A natural, engaging presence on camera.
- Reliable and organized on a regular filming and posting schedule.
- Meticulous, with strong attention to detail.
What You'll Learn and Gain
- Hands-on experience in short-form content: how videos are planned, filmed, and optimized to grow an audience.
- On-camera performance skills and a portfolio of published work you keep.
- A real understanding of social media analytics and what makes content perform, using your own numbers. *
- Direct feedback and guidance from the founding team of a fast-growing startup.
How to Apply
Apply through Handshake, and include a portfolio or reel if you have one (strongly preferred, can even be a personal TikTok account). If your application looks like a fit, we will reach out with a short sample step: we send you a quick script to film on camera, about 45 seconds, and you send the clip back to us. We aim to give you a decision within a week of applying.
