Responsibilities:
- As a User Tester intern at Resilience, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Functional Testing: Test the app's functionalities, features, and interactions to ensure they meet specified requirements.
- Usability Testing: Evaluate the overall user experience of the app and provide feedback on its ease of use, intuitiveness, and accessibility.
- Issue Reporting: Identify and report any defects, glitches, or inconsistencies in the app's performance, UI/UX, or functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of test cases, test results, and any issues discovered during testing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to effectively communicate issues, provide detailed bug reports, and participate in troubleshooting sessions.
- Feedback: Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving the app's functionality, design, and user experience.
- Regression Testing: Assist in regression testing to ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved and do not reappear in subsequent app versions.
Qualifications:

- Basic Understanding: A basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document issues accurately.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to articulate issues and collaborate with the development team.
- Enthusiasm: A passion for mobile apps and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in mobile app testing or a related field is preferred but not required.
Note: This is an unpaid internship position, and the intern will not receive monetary compensation for their work. The internship is intended for educational and experiential purposes.
