Job Title: Parts Business Analyst

Location: Ottumwa, IA 52501

Assignment Length: 12 Months + (Possible Extension)

Shift: 1st shift position - Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm


Skills/Work Experiences:
Proficient in Microsoft Application
Proficient in SAP and CWIS/DNS Experience
Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
Ability to work independently as well as work will well with others and build strong working relationships
Attention to detail
Takes initiative and willingness to learn
Preferred Education:
Degree in Business (Management, Supply Management, Marketing, Finance, etc) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities of the role:
• Process emergency customer machine down orders
• Support Factory Inventory Goal initiatives (Obsolescence, scrap, etc)
• Receipt action keys
• Manage drop in orders for manufactured parts
• Coordinate Initial Service Order (ISO) shipping from factory
