The Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Partnerships Associate Manager, the Social Media Intern will help shape and grow Another’s presence across social platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Help develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Research emerging trends, sounds, memes, formats, creators, and cultural moments
- Brainstorm creative concepts and recurring content series
- Write captions, social copy, hooks, and other short-form content
- Assist with scheduling and publishing content across social platforms
- Support the creation of content around events, creator partnerships, office culture, and brand initiatives
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Stay on top of fashion, beauty, retail, creator, and internet culture trends
- Bring new ideas and perspectives to how Another shows up online
- Support the Marketing & Partnerships team on additional projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Current Junior or senior based in NYC
- Currently enrolled in a design program or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong writing skills with an understanding of how to write for different social platforms
- Creative thinker who enjoys brainstorming and pitching ideas
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience managing a personal, school, brand, or organization’s social media accounts
- Experience creating TikTok or Instagram content
- Interest in retail, fashion, and/or working in a tech startup environment
