Collaborative Therapies is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing school-based therapy team.
Our SLPs play an important role in helping students develop the communication skills they need to participate successfully in school and beyond. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians who enjoy collaborating with educators and families while making a meaningful impact in students' lives.
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
Address areas including articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, social communication, and related communication needs
Monitor and document student progress
Participate in IEP development and meetings as appropriate
Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and other members of the educational team
Complete required documentation accurately and within established timelines
Provide supervision to SLPAs when applicable
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related qualifying field
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), when required or applicable
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
