Position Summary

Provide proactive, end-to-end litigation support that keeps family-law matters organized, compliant, trial-ready, and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, mandatory disclosures, correspondence, notices, and proposed orders for attorney review.
  • Track court, discovery, mediation, and internal deadlines with no preventable lapses.
  • Prepare hearing, mediation, deposition, and trial binders and exhibits.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors within role boundaries.
  • Maintain accurate files, notes, tasks, and calendars in Rocket Matter.
  • Coordinate with junior paralegals and attorneys to resolve missing documents and case bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Florida family-law experience across the case lifecycle.
  • Strong drafting, discovery, calendaring, and trial-preparation skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate or degree.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Rocket Matter experience.
