Laboratory Technician

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Sample Running: Run biological samples on the rHEALTH technology
- Testing: Run routine and complex tests following exact written steps. Record daily data generated.
- Equipment Care: Set up, clean, maintain, and calibrate lab tools like analyzers.
- Data Entry: Record test results accurately in logs and computer systems.
- Safety: Follow biohazard and safety rules, dispose of waste properly, and keep the workspace clean.
- Inventory: Track lab supplies and order new items when stock is low.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry or biological science field (High school diploma with strong experience accepted).
- Experience: Prior work in a lab setting is strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, good hand dexterity, and clear communication skills.
- Safety Knowledge: Familiar with safe handling of chemicals and biohazards.
