Financial Literacy Curriculum Developer

Job Title: Financial Literacy Curriculum Developer Intern

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Literacy Curriculum Developer to support the creation and organization of engaging, age-appropriate financial education materials. This role is ideal for individuals interested in finance, education, curriculum design, or community impact. You will work closely with leadership to ensure the curriculum is accessible, practical, and aligned with Resilience’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing structured financial literacy curriculum content (lesson outlines, modules, activities)

     
  • Help adapt financial concepts for different age groups and learning levels

     
  • Contribute research on topics such as budgeting, saving, credit, investing basics, and financial decision-making

     
  • Organize curriculum materials within Google Drive

     
  • Collaborate with leadership to align curriculum goals with organizational objectives

     
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for curriculum improvement

     

Qualifications

  • Interest in finance, financial literacy, education, or curriculum development

     
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills

     
  • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and simply

     
  • Familiarity with Google Docs/Drive preferred

     
  • Background in finance, education, economics, or related fields is a plus but not required
