Technical Implementation Consultant - Analyst

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you'll join a growing team at the intersection of business, technology, and innovation. Leveraging Oracle Cloud and emerging AI capabilities, you'll collaborate with clients and teammates to design and deliver transformative solutions that help organizations make smarter decisions and achieve meaningful business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while helping identify solutions to address client challenges. 
  • Participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings, communicating ideas and insights effectively. 
  • Support the design, configuration, prototyping, and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions. 
  • Assist with system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution to support successful project delivery. 
  • Deliver end-user training and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to promote client adoption of new solutions. 
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge assets, best practices, and intellectual property. 
  • Continuously build knowledge of Oracle Cloud, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled business solutions to support client success. 

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a desire to learn in a collaborative, fast-paced consulting environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply financial, business, and technical concepts. 
  • Exposure through coursework, internships, or projects to programming (e.g., Java, Python, HTML), SQL, databases, reporting tools, or data analytics.

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the United States. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship, co-op, academic, or project experience in FP&A, Accounting, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, Analytics, or Business Operations. 
  • Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, particularly Oracle Cloud applications. 
  • Interest in cloud technologies, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business solutions.
