Marketing Intern (Remote, Part-Time/Flexible)

ABOUT US

Hire Up Recruiting is a boutique recruiting firm built to help preschools, childcare centers, and school networks hire teachers, directors, and executive leaders. Since 2021 we've supported 400+ schools across 33 states.

We were founded by a teacher, and that's still the whole idea. Teachers helping teachers find jobs.

THE ROLE

We're good at helping schools find great teachers and leaders. We want to get better at telling that story. That's where you come in. You'd work directly with our founder and leadership team.

WHAT YOU'D DO

• Launch new social channels and help us grow the ones we have
• Create the content: graphics, short-form video, marketing materials
• Pitch and build creative campaigns 
• Track performance and tell us what's working and what isn't

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 

• Studying marketing, communications, PR, journalism, advertising, or design. We'll look at anyone who can show us quality work, regardless of major
• A clear writer. We care a lot about sounding human
• Motivated and self-directed

No experience in education or recruiting required.

LOGISTICS

Fully remote. Part-time, 8 to 15 hours per week
