Collaborative Therapies is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based therapy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping children strengthen their communication skills while enjoying the structure and meaningful impact of working in a school-based environment.
What You'll Do
Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and other communication needs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and services
Collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and other members of the educational team
Provide supervision and support to SLPAs when applicable
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current or eligible Florida Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), when applicable
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
