About the Opportunity

Foshee Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Hattiesburg, MS area.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries
• Conduct apartment and community tours
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from tour to move-in
• Prepare and explain leases and related paperwork
• Support occupancy goals through follow-up and lead management
• Assist with rent collection, posting, and deposits
• Help manage delinquency and collections processes
• Maintain a clean, organized leasing office
• Assist with resident events and community engagement
• Support the Property Manager with daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of leasing experience in multifamily housing
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• OneSite experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
