Residential Painter
Job Summary
We are seeking a Painters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, with a strong understanding of products and construction practices. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work well with others. The Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a high standard of finish on various projects.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes and roller
- Drywall repairs, filling nail holes and caulking to ensure smooth finishes.
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures as required.
- Collaborate with coworkers, clients and other contractors to ensure the project run smoothly
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Execute painting projects with precision while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist in fixture installation and trim carpentry as part of the finishing process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Experience with plaster and or drywall repair
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently. .
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
