Physician Outreach Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a part-time Physician Outreach & Social Media Coordinator with one primary mission: building physician referral relationships through consistent, high-volume in-person office visits throughout Orange County. Social media management is a supporting secondary function.

This is a relationship-first, high-energy, hands-on role — ideal for someone who is genuinely energized by getting out in the community, meeting new people, and showing up consistently week after week.

This is NOT a remote role. In-person physician office visits are the core weekly activity. Mileage reimbursement provided for business travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Primary — Physician Outreach (Primary Function)

  • Visit referring physician offices in person 2 days per week (Tuesdays - Thursdays), targeting a minimum of 5 visits per day (40+ visits per month)
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with office managers, referral coordinators, and physicians throughout Orange County — primary care, endocrinology, internal medicine
  • Prepare and bring leave-behind materials to every visit — practice brochures, referral cards, business cards
  • Maintain a referral tracker logging every office visited, contact name, outcome, and follow-up date
  • Report referral visit activity and pipeline updates weekly

Supporting — Social Media & Digital Presence

  • Manage Google Business profile — weekly posts, photo uploads, review responses (highest priority)
  • Create and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (short educational videos) to support local search visibility and patient engagement
  • Write patient-friendly educational captions directing patients to our website
  • Deliver a simple monthly marketing summary

  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation required
  • Basic social media and content creation skills (Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)

Healthcare experience is helpful but not required — we'll train you on our services and the outreach process.
