After-School Teaching Assistant
One Stop Learning Center in Cupertino is looking for enthusiastic and responsible After-School Teaching Assistants to join our team for Fall 2026. This is a great part-time opportunity for college students who enjoy working with children and want to gain hands-on experience in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist elementary students (Grades Kâ5) with classroom activities
- Support teachers during lessons and projects
- Engage students through games and enrichment activities
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and caring learning environment
Requirements & Skills:
- Patient, positive, responsible, and dependable
- Comfortable working with elementary-age children
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Available on weekday afternoons
- No previous teaching experience required â training is provided
Position Details: Part-time, weekday afternoons in Cupertino, CA. Starting pay is $23/hour with a flexible schedule that works well for college students.
