Position: Media & Branding Lead Intern Part-time (for-Credit & portfolio building)

Summary
The Media & Branding lead intern will help bring HER365 to life across digital channels and branding. This role is ideal for a creative student who wants real integrated marketing experience while earning school credit, building a portfolio, and completing 3–4 marketing/media certifications by the end of the internship. Interns will have exposure to major partners and opportunities connected to organizations such as the NFL, the Olympics, and other large-scale sports and entertainment brands.
Responsibilities & Duties
Branding & Creative Production
- Develop and refine the visual identity of HER365 across social, web, and print assets (flyers, one-pagers, decks).
- Design and update event and campaign flyers, social graphics, and brand templates using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support creation of brand style guides and content guidelines to maintain a consistent brand image.
Social Media & Content
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across HER365 social channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Assist with community management, including monitoring comments and messages and surfacing engagement opportunities.
- Edit short-form video content and ad-style video campaigns for social and paid media.
Campaign Support & Storytelling
- Draft copy for captions, emails, and basic landing page updates aligned with the brand voice.
- Work under CMO to help concept and execute content for integrated campaigns tied to partnerships, events, and seasonal initiatives.
Learning Outcomes & Certifications
By the end of this internship, this intern will have:
- Completed 3–4 industry-relevant certifications (examples may include Google/Meta creative badges, email marketing, social media, or analytics certifications, depending on school alignment).
- Gain hands-on experience creating and executing campaigns with exposure to partners in spaces like the NFL, the Olympics, and other large sports/entertainment organizations.
Skills and Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field and eligible to receive academic credit.
- Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.).
- Teachability
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Additional Notes
- Ideal for students passionate about women-focused brands, sports, entertainment, and storytelling.
- You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and leadership team to bring concepts from idea to live campaign.

Because this is a remote-first internship, consistent communication is required.
All interns must complete check-ins every:
- Tuesday
- Thursday
- Sunday
Check-ins must be submitted via text, email, or the designated team communication channel and must include:
- Current progress
- Completed tasks
- Upcoming availability
- Any issues, questions, or support needs
- Failure to maintain consistent communication may result in removal from the program.
