Entry Level Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer acquisition, communication, and business development.

In this role, you will represent our products and services while meeting directly with customers throughout assigned residential territories. You will learn how to identify customer needs, explain available technology and service options, build rapport, and guide customers through the sales process.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training and ongoing coaching to help new representatives develop the skills needed to succeed.

Schedule

Monday through Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Optional Saturday opportunities may be available.

What You'll Do

• Meet face-to-face with prospective customers in assigned residential territories
• Represent and promote our products, services, and current offers
• Ask questions to understand each customer's needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
• Develop strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Generate new customer accounts and contribute to team sales goals
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, leadership, and professional development training
• Track individual performance and work toward weekly and monthly goals
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales strategies and customer engagement
