Supply Management Specialist (Recent grads)

Job Title: Supply Management Specialist (Open to recent grads)

Duration: 12 months, Contract with possibilities of extension

Location: Ankeny, IA 50023 (On-site)

Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Required Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills 
• Good typing and computer abilities, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) 
• 4-year degree in Business or Supply Management (recent graduates welcome) 

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP experience 
• Previous experience with inventory and parts in a manufacturing environment 
• Experience working directly with suppliers 

Job Duties:

• Manage purchased parts delivery for internal and external suppliers at one or more locations. 
• Oversee inventory and ensure timely parts delivery to support manufacturing operations. 
• Communicate regularly with suppliers to resolve delivery issues and maintain supply flow. 
• Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding parts delivery and inventory. 

Additional Information:

Recent graduates in Supply Chain Management or Business are encouraged to apply, but manager prefers candidates with relevant supply management and SAP experience due to the challenging nature of the role
