Office Manager – Lydia’s Interiors

Lydia’s Interiors is looking for an Office Manager to join our small, close-knit team. We’re a busy, creative workplace, so we need someone who loves keeping things organized, can juggle a lot of moving pieces, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. This position offers 32–40 hours per week, with regular hours primarily Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some Saturday availability from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. is required on Saturdays between Labor Day and Memorial Day.
This isn’t your typical sit-behind-a-desk office manager position. You’ll be right in the middle of everything that keeps Lydia’s Interiors running smoothly!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing customer orders from start to finish
- Receiving and organizing incoming inventory
- Scheduling customer deliveries and coordinating the details
- Assisting our designers with quotes, pricing, and order information
- Keeping customers updated on their orders and deliveries
- Helping keep the office and day-to-day operations organized
- Jumping onto the sales floor to help customers when our designers are busy
- Pitching in wherever needed — because that’s what small teams do!
Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find someone who is extremely organized and detail-oriented, but also has a creative flair and enjoys working around beautiful furniture, home décor, and design.
You should be comfortable talking with customers, solving problems, changing gears throughout the day, and keeping track of the little details that make a big difference.
Most importantly, Lydia’s Interiors is a small, tight-knit work family, so we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with others, enjoys having some fun at work, and wants to be an important part of the team.
