Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Our organization develops Social Emotional Learning (SEL) tools that help K–12 schools teach emotional intelligence through five core competencies: self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience Inc. is seeking Art Manager Interns to lead and support our remote Art Department. This internship provides on-the-job training, making it an excellent opportunity for students and aspiring leaders. No prior management or professional experience is required—we will provide the training and mentorship needed to help you succeed.

Our internship program requires a minimum commitment of 90 hours, with interns contributing 5–10 hours per week for at least four months. Flexible start and end dates are available.

Daily Expectations

• Coordinate and support the activities of the Art Department.
• Assign projects and monitor team progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and encouragement to artists and designers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure artwork aligns with project goals.
• Participate in weekly remote meetings and communicate project updates.
• Help maintain an organized workflow and positive team environment.
• Learn basic project management and leadership skills through hands-on experience.
• Support the creation of artwork that promotes Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

Requirements

• No prior experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Interest in art, leadership, project coordination, or creative management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and develop leadership skills.
• Ability to commit 5–10 hours per week for at least four months.
