As a growing provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout Arizona, we're seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the clinical growth of our expanding ABA department.

This is more than a traditional Clinical Director role. We're looking for a leader who wants the opportunity to build, mentor, innovate, and help shape the future of our ABA program while continuing to provide meaningful clinical services to children and families. Position Overview

The Clinical Director will provide clinical leadership while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload. This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of clinical services while mentoring clinicians, supporting quality assurance initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership, and helping establish systems and best practices as ANOD's ABA department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership for ANOD Care Services' ABA department.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
  • Review clinical programming and provide consultation on complex clinical cases.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and promote evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop department policies, procedures, workflows, and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze client progress and modify treatment programming using data-driven decision making.
  • Provide caregiver education and collaborate with interdisciplinary providers.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, AHCCCS requirements, insurance guidelines, and company policies.
  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and positive clinical culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Required

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Active Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential or eligibility to obtain Arizona licensure.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred

  • Previous Clinical Director, Lead BCBA, or supervisory experience.
  • Home-based ABA experience.
  • Experience working with Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS) populations.
