We're looking for an enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing AI team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to work on real-world AI applications and build production-ready machine learning solutions.
Role Overview
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you'll collaborate with Software Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that power intelligent features across the NeuroHire platform.
You'll gain hands-on experience working with large datasets, modern ML frameworks, cloud technologies, and production AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models for real-world business problems
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions
- Assist in building NLP pipelines for resume parsing, skill extraction, and semantic search
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to prepare data for model training
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML models into production applications
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and reliability
- Develop data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines
- Support experimentation, model evaluation, and A/B testing
- Document machine learning workflows, experiments, and technical solutions
- Stay current with the latest advancements in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
What We're Looking For - Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (internships, research, or academic projects are welcome)
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP fundamentals
- Basic understanding of SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software engineering principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Nice to Have - Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face, or Generative AI
- Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and transformer models
- Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP))
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Personal AI projects, Kaggle competitions, or open-source contributions
