💃 Turn Movement Into Joy

For young children, movement is more than exercise—it’s a way to explore, express themselves, build coordination, and discover confidence.

We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Dance Fitness Instructor to lead a fun, age-appropriate movement program. You’ll introduce young learners to dance, rhythm, music, and active play through engaging activities designed to keep little bodies moving and little minds excited.

This isn't about perfect choreography. It's about creating an environment where every child feels comfortable moving, participating, and having fun.

Whether you're a dancer, fitness instructor, dance student, educator, performer, or simply someone who loves working with young children, this is a chance to turn your passion for movement into a meaningful experience.

Curriculum guidance and instructional support are provided, so you can focus on bringing energy, creativity, and encouragement into every class.

🎵 What You'll Do

  • Lead fun, energetic, and age-appropriate dance fitness activities
  • Introduce children to basic dance movements, rhythm, coordination, and musical expression
  • Use music, games, creative movement, and simple routines to keep students engaged
  • Encourage children to participate, explore movement, and express themselves
  • Demonstrate movements clearly and provide positive encouragement
  • Adapt activities to different abilities, energy levels, and comfort levels
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive environment where every child feels encouraged to participate
  • Help students develop coordination, balance, body awareness, and confidence
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment
  • Encourage respectful behavior and positive interaction among students
  • Communicate professionally with program coordinators and school staff
  • Arrive prepared, energetic, and ready to make movement fun

🌟 What We're Looking For

You don't need to be a professional dancer or career teacher. We're looking for someone who can bring energy into the room and make young children excited to move.

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • A genuine passion for dance, movement, fitness, or children's activities
  • Comfort demonstrating basic dance and movement exercises
  • High energy, patience, and enthusiasm
  • A warm and encouraging personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and engage a group of young children
  • Creativity and flexibility when working with young learners
  • Reliable, professional, and responsible work habits

Prior experience in dance instruction, children's fitness, teaching, tutoring, camps, recreation, coaching, or youth programs is a plus—but not required.
