LFG Boston Merchandise Intern

Who we are

lfgboston is a fan-focused content brand built to connect with today's sports audience through humor, culture, & community.

We partner with local venues, brands, and events to produce scroll-stopping content that: drives foot traffic, builds buzz, & connects with fans where they are.

What you'll do

  • Design apparel and accessories that carry the LFG voice. Tees, hoodies, hats, stickers, foam fingers, one-off game day pieces.
  • Build the drop calendar around the Boston sports schedule. Playoffs, rivalries, championships, Patriots Day, opening day.
  • Run the e-commerce side of drops. Build product pages, manage the storefront, and keep the buy button smooth from launch to sold out.
  • Build campaigns around individual products and full product lines. Concept, visual direction, launch assets, and the story that sells it.
  • Create merch content for our channels. Drop teasers, unboxings, fan fit pics, behind the design.
  • Track what works. Read the sell-through and the comments, then design the next drop smarter.

Who we're looking for

  • Underdog mentality: we're looking for students who are always hungry for more and eager to prove themselves.
  • Self-starter: we want proactive leaders who can navigate ambiguity and problem-solve.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: we want students who can identify and pursue growth opportunities for LFG.
  • Passionate: we want you to love what you're doing and for that to shine through your work.
  • Hardworking: we want people who aren't afraid to grind and can get on board with a work hard, play hard mentality.
  • Loves sports: we want people who absolutely bleed their team colors.
  • Works well in a team environment: we want team players who recognize the value of working together.
