We're looking for an enthusiastic German Instructor to bring German language and culture to life through an engaging, interactive enrichment program. You'll help students develop foundational communication skills while discovering the people, traditions, and culture behind the language.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead interactive German language sessions that encourage students to actively participate
• Introduce practical vocabulary, pronunciation, conversational phrases, and foundational grammar
• Help students practice using German through conversations, games, challenges, and creative activities
• Introduce elements of German-speaking cultures, traditions, and everyday life
• Make language learning approachable for students with different levels of experience
• Adapt explanations and activities to different learning styles and abilities
• Encourage students to speak German without being afraid of making mistakes
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom where students feel comfortable participating
• Keep students motivated through engaging activities and real-world examples
• Monitor participation and provide constructive, encouraging feedback
• Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful learning environment
• Communicate professionally with program coordinators and school staff
• Arrive prepared, energetic, and ready to make German memorable

• Ability to lead and engage groups of students
• Creativity and willingness to make lessons interactive
• Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
• Ability to follow structured curriculum while bringing your own personality to the classroom

Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, youth programs, camps, or language instruction is a plus—but not required.
