Job Summary

Start your career in supply chain and logistics with YQN! Our Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want hands-on experience across warehouse operations, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and transportation.

Through a structured 1–6 month rotational program, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, develop practical supply chain skills, and gain exposure to different areas of our operations.

No prior logistics experience is required—we're looking for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

• Rotate across warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and transportation functions.
• Support daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and quality control.
• Support order fulfillment, shipping, and returns processing.
• Analyze operational data and assist with performance tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges.
• Participate in process improvement projects and special assignments.
• Follow company safety and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree completed or expected by start date.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Interest in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Relevant coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields is a plus.
• Mandarin/English bilingual skills are a plus.
