About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a dependable, organized student who wants hands-on experience learning how a growing apparel and custom merchandise business operates behind the scenes.

As our Business Operations & Production Intern, you’ll work alongside our team to support day-to-day operations, apparel production, order fulfillment, inventory, events, and other projects that keep the business moving.

This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants to understand how a real business operates—not just from an administrative perspective, but from the moment an order comes in through production and delivery to the customer.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with day-to-day business operations
• Support apparel printing and production
• Help prepare, organize, and fulfill customer orders
• Assist with inventory management and organization
• Prepare merchandise and equipment for events
• Help receive and organize incoming products and supplies
• Assist with shipping, packing, and order fulfillment
• Support quality control throughout the production process
• Help maintain an organized production and warehouse environment
• Assist with special projects and operational needs
• Work alongside the team to improve processes and efficiency

Compensation

This is a paid internship with the opportunity to gain significant hands-on experience across business operations and apparel production.
