Job Title: Chemical Lab Technician - Entry Level Chemistry graduates

Location:  1391 Mitchell Young Road, Montgomery, AL 36108  (100% onsite)

Shift timing: 5 days a week (Mon- Fri) / Early Morning Shift (3:00AM - 12:00pm) & Night Shift (11pm – 8am)
(40hrs/week, 12 months contract, Fix $25/hr on W2), Overtime eligible role

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering (as Major/Minor)

EXPERIENCE:

• 0-3 years - Entry Level.

NOTE: This can be a very messy/dirty job, so it requires the right kind of candidate.

SKILLS:

• Wet chemistry laboratory skills (required).
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel).
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the testing, operation and maintaining of paint detackification system used in the manufacturing of automotive components..
• Perform a variety chemical tests and document results dail.
• Take inventory, check chemical levels and change drums/totes as needed.
