How You'll Shine

• Represent the Travel + Leisure Co. brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage guests through friendly, face-to-face conversations at local events and attractions.
• Share information about our vacation experiences and answer basic questions.
• Invite and qualify prospective guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation.
• Schedule presentation appointments
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to continue building your skills.
• Stay up to date on company promotions and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and confidence interacting with new people.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or marketing experience is a plus—but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (approximately 4–6 hours at a time).
