As we welcome both transitioning learners and new families into our program, we’re building an outstanding afternoon team to provide high-quality, compassionate ABA services.

• Perfect for college students, graduate students, paraeducators, and those looking for supplemental income.
• Looking for predictable afternoon hours without weekend work? This position was designed specifically to provide consistent weekday scheduling.

Afternoon Schedule

We’re currently hiring for part-time afternoon positions, generally:

• 3:30/4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Monday–Friday (flexible based on availability)

As our Bellevue program continues to grow, these positions have the opportunity to expand into full-time employment for those interested.

Compensation

• Up to $28/hour DOE
• $1,000 Retention Bonus for active Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) who work afternoon hours continuously for one year
• If not yet a CBT, we offer paid training to become certified.

Additional Opportunities

For active APPLE Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs), we also have a limited number of opportunities supporting students during the full school day within a few private schools in the area for a full day (6-7 hours) during day time hours.
