Risk Assurance Intern
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Required time commitment: Mid-September – April 15, 2027 (full or part-time)
1 position available
Are you looking for a high-quality internship that will help continue your education in Information Systems? At Larson & Company, we’ve been teaching experts for 44 years, and we believe now it’s your turn to learn through an integrated internship experience. We are looking for individuals who are ready to apply the principles of hard work and dedication to provide the highest quality services to our clients. From our humble beginnings as a small insurance firm, Larson & Company has grown to be a top ranked firm in the nation in our specialized field, and one of the top firms in the State of Utah. We offer hands on career experience with real client work. Year after year we provide proven results with our interns, many of whom are chosen as full time employees. If you’re ready to get to work and become a genuine part of an extraordinary team, join us for more personalized training, an independent work environment, and the “Expectation Agreement” plan you won’t find in any other Utah CPA firm. But don’t take our word for it, here are some thoughts from our past interns:
“Before my internship began, multiple employees, including a Partner, reached out and let me know they were excited to have me on board. It felt like they cared about me. When the internship began, Larson provided lots of resources to ensure my success including assigning me a mentor. My mentor helped me each step of the way and answered all my questions.” (Paul, intern 2022)
I think the most valuable aspect of my internship was the opportunity I had to get used to communicating with the client and developing a good relationship with them. Then on top of that, I felt as though I had a good opportunity to see most steps of an audit. (Ethan, 2024)
I whole-heartedly felt like my Larson internship was beneficial. I feel like I’m leaving this internship knowing what a career in auditing entails, not how to fill coffee orders or make copies. I also appreciated the ability to work with a team; I never felt like my work or input was less important than other team members. (Oliver, 2023)
