Founding Hosts & Investigators

WANTED: Founding Hosts & Investigators for a New Audio & Video Series

About Royall

Royall is building the identity infrastructure for the AI era.

As artificial intelligence becomes capable of cloning voices, faces, images, and likenesses, we're helping creators, professionals, athletes, artists, and everyday people establish ownership of their identity, protect themselves from AI misuse, and control how their digital likeness is used.

Our mission is simple:

Everyone should own their identity in the age of AI.

Alongside our platform, we're launching a new media series that explores one of the biggest technology stories of our generation.

About the Series

Artificial intelligence is creating an entirely new category of stories.

Deepfakes. Voice cloning. Identity theft. AI scams. Celebrity impersonation. Digital fraud. Questions around consent, ownership, and the future of human identity.

Every week, we'll investigate the people, companies, technologies, and real-world stories shaping this new reality.

This is an audio and video series designed for YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and social platforms.

We're looking for the founding hosts who will help build it from the very beginning.

No previous podcast experience is required.

We'll provide production support, editing, coaching, equipment guidance, and everything needed to help you succeed. What matters most is your curiosity, creativity, and ability to tell stories that people genuinely want to follow.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for creators who are naturally curious and love uncovering interesting stories.

You might already:

  • Create content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
  • Enjoy researching topics and explaining them to others.
  • Love documentaries, investigative journalism, internet culture, or true crime.
  • Be fascinated by AI, technology, media, or the creator economy.
  • Have an engaged online audience or a portfolio demonstrating your creativity.

Every selected creator will serve as an audio and video host, leading conversations, interviewing guests, and helping tell compelling stories across our podcast and social channels.

While everyone shares hosting responsibilities, we're looking for people with complementary strengths. Some naturally excel at interviewing and live conversation, while others thrive in research, investigative work, script development, and story production. Some can do both—and that's great too. The strongest teams bring both perspectives together.

We're building complementary teams, so you don't need to excel at everything.

Already have a co-host you would like to apply with? We'd love to meet them too. Applications are open to both individuals and existing duos.

The Casting Process

Stage 1 — Apply

Tell us why you'd like to help launch Royall's new series.

Stage 2 — The Case File Challenge

Choose a real example involving AI impersonation, deepfakes, voice cloning, identity theft, or another AI-related incident.

Create your own short written case file explaining:

  • What happened?
  • Why is this story important?
  • What questions would you investigate further?
  • If you were producing an episode, how would you tell this story?

This is your opportunity to show us how you think.

We're looking for curiosity, empathy, research skills, and storytelling—not perfect journalism.

Stage 3 — Creator Video

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a video of up to two minutes.

Introduce yourself, tell us why this mission matters to you, and let your personality shine. We're interested in your communication style, authenticity, and on-camera presence—not polished production.

Stage 4 — Interview

Meet one-on-one with the Royall team to discuss your background, creative interests, and how you see yourself contributing to the series.

Stage 5 — Chemistry Session

Finalists will participate in a live collaborative workshop with other shortlisted candidates.

You'll work through a short production challenge based on a breaking AI story, allowing us to see how you research, communicate, collaborate, improvise, and build chemistry with potential co-hosts.

From there, we'll assemble the founding team behind Royall's new series.

What You'll Do

  • Investigate real stories involving AI and identity.
  • Research emerging technology, internet culture, and digital rights.
  • Interview creators, founders, journalists, legal experts, and people affected by AI misuse.
  • Help develop episode ideas and storylines.
  • Create short-form content across social media.
  • Become one of the public faces helping shape the conversation around identity in the AI era.

What You'll Receive

  • Paid creator opportunity.
  • Mentorship from Royall's founders and industry experts.
  • Professional production, editing, and creative support.
  • Royall merchandise and early access to new products.
  • Opportunities to attend events, conferences, and creator gatherings.
  • Portfolio-quality work that reaches a global audience.
  • The chance to help build a media brand from day one.

If you believe the biggest stories of the AI era haven't been told yet, and you're excited to help tell them, we'd love to hear from you.
