CNC Machinist

Hemingway, SC

We are manufacturers of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic cylinder components.

We produce and assemble hydraulic products used across multiple industries, with a focus on quality, precision machining, and on-time delivery.

Schedule:

6:00am - 2:30pm Monday- Friday
* willing to work with a school schedule

This position is best suited for a machinist who is comfortable with CNC setup, making offsets, reading blueprints, and producing high quality parts to tight tolerances in a production environment.

JOB DUTIES:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to machine a variety of parts

• Load and unload materials and tooling

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications

• Make offsets and program adjustments as needed to maintain part quality

• Machine parts to close tolerances and customer specifications

• Perform drilling, tapping, turning, milling, deburring, and secondary operations

• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments

• Maintain tooling and monitor machine performance

• Complete required production and inspection documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Blueprint reading and measuring skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Quality-focused with strong attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs

• Good attendance is a must

**Experience with Mazak machines (Mazatrol) and G Code programming is a very big plus, as this is the system used in our shop.
