Campus Minister Theology Teacher

Mount Saint Joseph High School, a Catholic Xaverian sponsored school for boys, has an opening for a Campus Minister/Theology teacher for the 2026-2027 academic year. Applicants must have bachelor’s or master's degree in theology or philosophy; experience teaching at a secondary school level is preferred. This individual will support all pillars of the Campus Ministry program: word and worship, pastoral care and formation, service, and retreats.  

For this opportunity, our salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 annually.   Candidates with additional experience or qualifications may be offered a salary outside of the range shown.  In addition, full-time team members gain access to our robust benefits package designed to support your well-being, inside and outside of work.
