Heart in Mind Psychotherapy is seeking a compassionate, engaged LMSW or LCSW to join our growing hybrid private practice in Melville, NY. We provide a consistent referral stream, clinical supervision, paid CEUs, paid professional trainings, and full administrative support so you can focus on providing exceptional client care—not marketing, billing, or scheduling.

Qualifications

• LMSW or LCSW licensed in New York
• Ability to maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week
• Availability for at least two weekday evenings (4:00 PM–8:00 PM)
• Ability to provide in-person services in our Melville office as part of a hybrid schedule
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, ethical psychotherapy
