Artist / Digital Designer

Full-Time, In-Office | Fast-Paced Art Consultancy (Hospitality Focus)

We are a fast-growing art consultancy specializing in custom artwork for hospitality environments. We’re seeking a highly capable Artist / Digital Designer to join our creative team and support the development of original artwork for hotels, restaurants, and commercial interiors.

This role is ideal for a visually strong, adaptable creative who can move quickly from concept to execution, manage multiple projects at once, and deliver consistently high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original artwork concepts tailored to hospitality spaces
  • Create digital artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Produce 2D and 3D mockups to visualize artwork in real-world settings
  • Rapidly generate multiple design variations for client presentations
  • Design large-scale wallcoverings, murals, and custom installations
  • Create repeating wallcovering patterns and surface designs
  • Handle detailed image editing, color correction, and color matching for print
  • Review 2D art samples and final printed outputs to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with printers, wallcovering suppliers, and framers, providing feedback and color adjustments as needed
  • Translate digital concepts into physical artwork using appropriate mediums (painting, drawing, dimensional work, etc.)
  • Maintain momentum while juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting priorities

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience producing artwork for large-scale print and installation
  • Solid understanding of color theory, print production, and materials
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience with both digital and physical art production
  • Ability to mix accurate paint colors across various mediums (acrylic, oil, watercolor, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools as part of a creative workflow
  • Flexible, solution-oriented mindset
