Tutor Pros Program Opportunity
We are seeking passionate educators to join our Tutor Pros program, supporting students in grades K–12+ who benefit from individualized instruction. Tutors help learners strengthen academic skills, build confidence, and develop effective strategies that improve classroom success.
Tutors work with students on our campus and may also serve in community outreach partnerships with set schedules. These partnerships expand tutors’ impact and provide opportunities to engage with diverse learners in the broader community. All tutors complete Eton’s Tutor Pro training program to ensure consistent use of the Center’s specialized instructional methods.
Eton Tutor Pros bring expertise in the science of learning and in subject areas such as Math, Science, Social Studies, and Language Arts.
Ideal Candidates
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Math, Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, or a related field
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience working with children in a learning environment
