As a Management Analyst, you will:
 

Evaluates human resources programs and administrative operations to assess organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with Federal laws, regulations, policies, and agency guidance.

  • Conducts program reviews, audits, and compliance assessments; identifies deficiencies and recommends or implements corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Analyzes workforce and program data to evaluate performance, identify trends, and prepare analytical reports and recommendations for executive management.
  • Researches and interprets Federal human resources laws, regulations, and policies to provide technical guidance and authoritative recommendations to management officials.
