We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused students to join our team this fall and winter. This position offers a variety of responsibilities across our café, event operations, and front desk services, making it a great opportunity to develop hospitality, customer service, and event management skills.

Responsibilities

Café Operations

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of café areas
  • Process customer transactions
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Event Support

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Welcome and direct guests
  • Support event operations and guest needs
  • Help maintain a positive guest experience

Front Desk Services

  • Greet visitors and answer questions
  • Manage check-ins and reservations
  • Handle phone calls and basic administrative tasks
  • Provide information about facility services and events

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Available to work evenings and/or weekends

Schedule

  • 10-25 hours per week
