Retail Sales And Marketing Associate Part -Time
Lanhtropy is a Miami-founded, sustainable luxury linen womenswear brand — small-batch, thoughtfully made, and rooted in relaxed, natural elegance. We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our Sunset store team.
This is a hybrid role: part sales associate, part marketing-minded brand ambassador. You'll spend most of your time on the floor delivering an elevated, warm customer experience — but you'll also bring a marketing eye to how the store looks, feels, and shows up online.
What you'll do:
- Provide personalized, high-touch styling and sales support to customers in-store
- Help style product displays and visual merchandising with brand consistency in mind
- Capture in-store content (photos/video) for social media and assist with light content creation
- Support local, in-store marketing moments — events, pop-ups, community activations
- Share customer insights and on-the-ground feedback with the marketing team
- Represent the Lanhtropy brand voice and aesthetic authentically, both in person and online
Who you are:
- Currently studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Passionate about fashion, retail, and sustainable/small-batch brands
- Comfortable engaging with customers and confident on camera/behind one
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn both sides of retail and marketing
- Available for part-time, flexible in-store shifts in South Miami
