What is Supports Coordination?
It's a service that helps people with intellectual disabilities find, connect with, and manage community resources, medical care, and social programs.
Our Supports Coordinators work with the individual and their family to build a personalized plan for daily life and independence. We have a strong belief that people with disabilities can achieve outcomes, have value, and contribute to their community. We promote individuality, choice and control.

Individual plans are developed to assist our consumers as they progress toward inclusion, participating in their communities, and achieving a better quality of life. We listen to our clients and their families, offering them choices.
Consumers, family members and Quality Progressions staff are all equal members of one team, working together to provide the best individual support available. We further incorporate this teamwork in our corporate board and Advisory committee.

Position Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's or associate degree in a related area of study
- Driver’s license
- Candidates must have a reliable car
- 50% required travel in the community
Prior Human Services work or internship experience is helpful.
Salary
- $39k (associate's degree)
- $45k (Bachelor's degree)
