AHP is looking for a college freshman or sophomore enrolled in a business degree program to assist our team and gain professional experience! As a Seasonal Document Clerk, you’ll support our team by organizing, scanning, and managing important tax documents. This position would require you to be in person at our office roughly 20 hours per week!

What You'll Do
- Organize and prepare documents for electronic processing.
- Scan and upload documents into a secure digital system.
- Utilize various technology platforms.
- Ensure that firm standards are met with document organization.
- Maintain confidentiality with client information.
- Collaborate with others and communicate effectively.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- College Freshman or Sophomore
- Enrollment in a Business Degree Program
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to Learn File Management Systems
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
