Licensed Practical Nurse

In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting patients through both clinical and therapeutic services. You will administer controlled and non‑controlled medications, provide general nursing care, and offer direct support to individuals throughout their treatment journey.

A key part of your work will involve monitoring patient wellness, including obtaining vital signs, observing behaviors, and accurately documenting and reporting changes in condition. You will escort patients to designated activities and appointments, help lead or support group programming, and actively participate in treatment groups and multidisciplinary team meetings that guide patient care plans.

You will also serve as a resource for lower‑level nursing staff, offering direction, guidance, and support to ensure consistent, high‑quality care across the unit. This role requires dedication, collaboration, and a patient‑centered mindset as you help uphold the therapeutic environment central to Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare’s mission.
