About the Role
We’re looking for someone who sees businesses as systems—not departments.
This internship is designed for students who enjoy solving complex business problems, working across teams, and figuring out how technology can improve the way organizations operate. If management consulting, entrepreneurship, business strategy, operations, or product management interests you, but you also want to be at the forefront of AI, this is a unique opportunity.
You’ll work directly with our leadership team and CTO to identify opportunities where AI agents, automation, and better workflows can eliminate manual work, improve customer experiences, and help scale a rapidly growing healthcare technology company.
Rather than being handed one project, you’ll become an AI Business Liaison—someone who understands both the people and the technology.
What You’ll Do

• Analyze business processes across every department to identify opportunities for AI and automation..
• Work directly with our CTO to learn how modern AI agents, workflows, and automation systems are designed and deployed..
• Coordinate projects between technical and non-technical teams..
• Interview employees, riders, drivers, and partners to understand pain points and identify improvement opportunities..
• Help prioritize new AI initiatives based on business impact..
• Track AI projects from concept through implementation..
• Document workflows, processes, and project plans..
• Test new AI tools and recommend where they can create value..
• Help train internal teams as new AI capabilities are introduced..
• Become the bridge between business operations and technical execution..

Preferred Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools is helpful but not required.
